J & D Licensure Consultants can facilitate the credentialing/recredentialing functions as required by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) or the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health care Organizations (JCAHO), whichever your organization’s accreditation requires. To reach NCQA or JCAHO accreditation, entities must undergo intense scrutiny of the credentialing practices it utilizes within its network of practitioners. Currently, the NCQA and JCAHO requirements provide for the recredentialing of all network practitioners within a two year period, but with talks of extending the process to every three years. J & D Licensure Consultants will verify all information and collect all documents necessary to meet both the credentialing and recredentialing requirements that are currently being established by the NCQA and JCAHO.
Ongoing assistance will also be provided to assure that your agency adheres to all new NCQA or JCAHO standards as they develop.
